In the city of Jableh, thousands of young people are facing a difficult reality…
High unemployment, limited job opportunities, and an education system that does not match market needs.

Despite their ambition and determination, many lack the practical skills needed to open doors to their future.
Here is where the story begins… We are working with Mulham Volunteering Team to establish Youth Training and Development Centerto create a real space of hope, providing young people with the skills they need to move toward a better life.

🎯 What will this center offer?

• Modern vocational and technical training for all (programming, design, maintenance, solar energy, crafts and hands-on skills, and more).
• Supporting youth to enter the job market or start freelancing.
• Empowering women and providing them with equal opportunities.
• Providing free training for orphans, low-income individuals, and marginalized groups.
• Awareness sessions and psychosocial and community support.
• A space for discussion and the exchange of ideas and experiences.

• Because more than half of young people have no job opportunities.
• Because many graduates lack practical skills.
• Because training can be the difference between unemployment and independence.
• Because through it, we also provide job opportunities for trainers and specialized educational staff.
