As part of its ongoing efforts to empower individuals and prepare them for entry into the labor market, the association is organizing a small-scale pilot program that includes a series of specialized vocational training courses. The program offers women practical sewing skills to support their economic independence, trains Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers through modern teaching methodologies and remote learning techniques, and provides English conversation courses with a specialized instructor to develop participants’ skills and boost their confidence in communication. The program is ongoing and aims to expand the beneficiary base to include various vocational fields as needed in the future.
